Whether you're a bartender or have worked at a soju bar or other pubs, this job is different. Unlike traditional room salons, you’re not expected to do everything for the guests. Your main role in the karaoke rooms is light chatting and helping set the mood for fun and relaxed conversations with guests.
The best part? You get paid on the same day you work!
Work Hours & Pay
- $500+ per day is a given!
- $15,000+ per month possible with full-time hours!
Start with just 2 hours of work at $200 base pay + tips
On average, you can make $250-300 per session, including tips.
Part-time workers who work about 4 hours can easily earn $400 or more, and some even reach $600+!
For those working 6 hours or more, it’s possible to earn $600 to $1,000+.
Although pay varies slightly depending on tips, even the base pay is very generous!
Work hours start from 8 PM, and shifts can go as late as 5-7 AM. You can choose the days and times that work best for you—work Monday through Sunday on your schedule!

The job is so simple that you'll get the hang of it after just one day.
No need to worry about drinking alcohol, dealing with difficult customers, or feeling uncomfortable. Our managers are here to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience!
